They do different international fests but I am not sure about International soccer fest however they organized Atlanta Soccer Fest. Do you know anything about them?
I live where they are located so I have heard of them but I havent really researched what they do... its a bunch of multi-cultural stuff im guessing. Maybe Mr.Google could be of more help
