I'm quite perplexed as to why I have this sudden increase in appetite. I always used to get filled easily eating twice a day alone maybe some fruit before i go to bed but now I get hungry in the middle of the night. I never really use to be weight conscious alhamdulilah im healthy and my body is in good shape. This is starting to worry me now I don't know, I dont want to welcome this change, I don't want to eat just because I am hungry keeping in mind that I already ate my dinner. I never had this happen to me before this is why I need advice, pls. Thank you.
