Injustice, being able to sin, pain, hardships

Obviously there's a reason why such things exist, out of all of them I hate sin the most

What I do not like is that, in this world you have the chance not to obey Allah. But in the Hereafter there won't be such a thing!

The infinite challenge, the infinite diversity, and the infinite beauty, of the life Allah has made for us, as short the allotment of time is for us to enjoy it.

What do you not like about the life of this world?

Sad, hateful people who can't see it and want to bring others down as well.

What are the things that you don't like about the life of this world?

I don't like many things about this worldly life.....

1. You grow old. You get all these wrinkles on your face in old age. You can become senile, lose your teeth and hair.
2. You always have to look out for your safety.
3. You don't get to enjoy being young for a long time.
4. You grow into an adult too fast.
5. There are too many responsibilities, duties and obligations, especially after marriage and having kids.
6. You gotta put in honest, hard work in order to succeed. Tis a lotta work and pain.
7. You fall sick. You can catch a cold, get a sore throat and runny nose, headaches, toothaches, back aches. All sorts of aches. You can get major diseases like cancer and tuberculosis.
8. You can lose all your possessions.
9. You can lose people who you love.
10. You get tired, hungry, thirsty, sleepy.
11. All enjoyment is brief.
12. You can bleed, get hurt and die.
13. You have to deal with insects, bugs, mosquitoes, flies, cockroaches, dangerous pests, snakes and vipers.
14. You gotta keep cleaning all the time. Or else the bacteria, the germs, the viruses will get you!
15. You don't always get the things you want or like.

What are the things that you like about the life of this world?

There are many things I like about this world as well.

1. I get to worship Allah without seeing Him.
2. I can pray to Him and supplicate to Him.
3. I get to acquire knowledge about God's greatness, might and power.
4. There are so many wonderful things to learn and know.
5. I get to marvel at the wonder and beauty of God's creation.
6. I get to praise and thank God and acknowledge His favors upon me.
7. I get so many chances to improve my character and manners.
8. I get to repent for my mistakes and sins and to atone for them.
9. I get to share what I've learned with others.
10. I get an opportunity to serve others.
11. I get to read The Glorious Qur'an.
12. I get to study the lives of the Prophet (saws) and the sahabah.
13. I get to earn many rewards and the good pleasure of God.
14. I get to show God that I am a true believer and His true servant.
15. I get to beg God for forgiveness.
16. I get to hope in the mercy of God.

Dear Sis,


The world has three faces.
Its First Face looks to God Almighty’s Names; it displays their impress. It is a mirror to them, reflecting their meanings. This face of the world consists of innumerable letters or missives describing the Eternally Besought One. This face is utterly beautiful, and is worthy of love, not loathing.
Its Second Face looks to the hereafter. It is the seed-bed of the hereafter and arable field for Paradise. It is the flower-bed of mercy. This face is also beautiful like the first one and is deserving of love not contempt.
Its Third Face looks to man’s base appetites. It is a veil of neglect and a plaything for satisfying the desires of the worldly. This face is ugly because it is transient and mortal; it is full of pain and it deceives.
