Reviewing the endless threads that have nothing to do with Islam we
are dismayed to see posts being censored that are strictly in the
spirit of Islam. When people have a cultural and tribal bias or
indoctrination that isn't based upon Islam you don't censor Islam
you discount the non-Islamic banter.
This thread is submitted by practicing Muslims not indoctrinated by
tribal and cultural biases.
We serve Allah to make his legislation superior not
the way the winds blow in popular sentiment of a forum.
We are not even surprised. Really what took it so long.

An-Nisa (The Women)
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ كُونُواْ قَوَّامِينَ بِالْقِسْطِ شُهَدَاء لِلّهِ وَلَوْ عَلَى أَنفُسِكُمْ أَوِ الْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالأَقْرَبِينَ إِن يَكُنْ غَنِيًّا أَوْ فَقَيرًا فَاللّهُ أَوْلَى بِهِمَا فَلاَ تَتَّبِعُواْ الْهَوَى أَن تَعْدِلُواْ وَإِن تَلْوُواْ أَوْ تُعْرِضُواْ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرًا (4:135)
Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo koonoo qawwameena bialqisti shuhadaa lillahi walaw AAala anfusikum awi alwalidayni waalaqrabeena
in yakun ghaniyyan aw faqeeran faAllahu awla bihima fala tattabiAAoo alhawa an taAAdiloo wain talwoo aw tuAAridoo fainna Allaha kana bima taAAmaloona khabeeran
4:135 (Y. Ali)O ye who believe! stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even as against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, and whether it be (against) rich or poor: for Allah can best protect both. Follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest ye swerve, and if ye distort (justice) or decline to do justice, verily Allah is well- acquainted with all that ye do.

The old thread was too messy and it is impossible to clean up (delete, edit) without affecting other posts and make them non-sensical. Too many posts can be easily misconstrued.

I believe after above there is no need of further arguments. Let's move onto next page. If someone really wants to discuss this topic he may open a new thread where there should be discussion only.
