The freed prisoner Rawhi Mushtaha meets his wife Raida Swidan after 30 years. When they were engaged he told her that Israel wanted him and she accepted that, shortly after their marriage he was arrested and was sentenced to multiple life sentences. He asked her over and over again to file for divorce so she could start a new good life, and over and over she chose to wait for him; now after 30 years of waiting finally she gets to hug him again.
