How to you recover after a long hard day of hard work and stress? I would love to hear it from you.
I do personally stop studying after 6pm(start studying after fajr), and I have fridays off. No reading at all. I go to the gym and after I have exercised I need some alone time for my self. I seclude myself in my room, do dikr, reading quran, reflect on things etc. That helps a lot. What about you? Please share! =)
