• Sit on that prayer mat and pour your heart out until there’s nothing left to share.

• Remind yourself that it’s okay to cry. He’s seen you crying in your sleep. There’s nothing left to hide.

• Then - Breathe in.

• Close your eyes and with a firm intention say, “Oh Allah, I trust that only you can take this pain away from my heart.”

• Breathe out and..

• Just Let It All Go.
