Abu Zakariya explains how a simple count of words, comparing different scriptures is no way to promote the Quran and Islam to non-Muslims, instead it is the text itself which provides the arguments against or for a scripture.

Re: The fallacy of comparing ‘violence’ in the quran & bible

A bit like constantly chanting red flag keywords on the phone, the nsa bots might flag it but the human who checks it will say "clown" and flag it as a prank alert.
It's bad that non-Muslims monitor such systems and even worse the fact that it's heading towards an automated system, one can easily envision automated drones flying off as soon as automated software imagines a threat to kufr-net.
Still, the previous scripture contains much more violence and bloodcurling stories than the Quran, and american government history and policy is even more violent than the previous scripture - and anyways, the reason why most people who are unaware falsely assume that previous scripture is less violent is most likely due to the fact that it's rarely implemented, and accepted by most as something that can't be applied properly on a worldly level, the Islamic system however works, and works best despite all the malicious attempts at sabotage.
Indeed Allah sent down a justly-balanced and the most practical way of life with the Quran.

Here's an example of the confusion that the secularits and "everything works" crowd are faced with:
