I can not say with 100% certainty whether it is halal or not. Because there is a ruling that says a woman has to travel with a mahram, but I do not know the ins and outs.

" Worshipping anyone or anything besides Allah " or " distributing anything exclusive to Allah, to anyone or anything else "
Meaning of Tawheed according to The Qur'an Worshipping none but Allah. Affirming whatever is exclusive to Him, Him alone.
Travel alone is one thing but isn´t living in the hotel alone be the other thing? Anyways, I think here are the rules for both situation (and someone with more knowledge may know them better than I).
