Did the whole water become impure?

All praises to Allah(swt). I testify that there is no god except Allah and Hazrat Muhammad(saw) is his slave & the seal of the messengers.

Assalamu Alaikum.
I'm having this problem. Yesterday, after performing urination when I was cleansing myself using Tissue, accidently the tissue fell into a drum of water. Now, I don't know what to do. The water must have become impure, so I should drop the whole water. But again, it's so much water, If I drop it, will it be considered as wasting?
