I have a question about my local gym. Can I still exercise in there and get out fast?

Plug your ears like all the other people and lower your gaze.
You can buy your own cardio equipment if you can afford it (they're cheap and not that expensive) if running is all you want to do.
my parents are not willing to do that.. plus the music is barely audible to me since I'm running at a fast pace

i go to my local gym,its mixed but once I'm in the zone lol,i don't take notice of anyone despite females dressing in skimpy clothing,i just do my thing for an hour & hour & half,i don't like the chart music rubbish the play at my gym either, but I try block it out,its easy once youre in concentration the main thing there is to do your workout keep fit & healthy
Coming from someone who attended a gym for many years, I say it is not a good idea. As I tell my husband (who is banned from going to the gym), it is nothing but real life pornography there (I realize this expression sounds a bit exaggerated, but really, it isn't far off ). Men without shirts, women with everything showing ("covered" or not). If you want to remain zina free, find an all men's gym or find other ways to work out. One doesn't need a gym for a good workout.
It depends on the gym. If it's a busy gym then lot of people will be there and lowering your gaze will be hard. If it's crowded gym, same applies, and if it's small gym same applies. But if it's a busy gym and there enough space to distance yourself from others and check timing for non-peak hours, and the females aren't half naked in there then you could navigate through it.
If your concerns are about staying fit, remember that running is just ONE exercise among many that can get you the same results. A favorite of the US marines to keep fit is a burpee. Something you can do for 20 minutes at home and you'll get better results than running a mile for 45 mins at the gym.
