May Allah have mercy on us all.
Due to domestic violence I left my husband. He has been adulterous in the marriage many times and he has been violent and abusive in many ways. I want to know how can I get a divorce from him as it has been 3 years now and I have no contact with him nor do I want to do so. Isn't the marriage over if he has been cheating so many times? I urgently need your advice.
