To Allah we belong and we shall return to him. May Allah forgive her sins and grant her Jannat Al Fidrous. May He give you and all of the family patience.
Keep making duaa for her and give charity in her name.

1) If you do not go after what you want, you will never have it
2) If you don't ask, the answer will always be no.
3) If you do not step forward, you'll always be in the same place
May Allah have mercy on your grandmother and grant you and your family strength and patience during this difficult time
Jabir bin 'Abdullah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said:'A slave (of Allah) shall not believe until he believes in Al-Qadar, its good and its bad, such that he knows that what struck him would not have missed him, and that what missed him would not have struck him." (Jami 'at Tirmidhi)
