What is the reason that you have these Waswas about divorce? Are you under pressure from anyone to divorce your wife? The reason could be any but you may have to address it to get rid of these Waswas.
Others have already suggested you to seek professionals help to overcome your stress, anxiety and fear. Contact your local scholars, discuss these issues with them and ask for their advice.

Based on your 20+ posts on the same topic, it is clear that you are not in a right mind set. One of the conditions for divorce to be valid is that a person should be sane and be fully aware of what he is saying and with the consequence of his words. So don’t worry, there is no divorce. The moment you start ignoring these Waswas, they will disappear.
There is also a very important rule in Fiq that CERTAINTY IS NOT REMOVED BY DOUBT. You are doubtful about the divorce, so throw your doubts away and stick to what is certain.
