Assalamu Alaikum. Recently, I'm getting this feeling that someone can know every single thoughts of mine with the help of jinn. I'm also doing Zikr. But I still get this feeling that someone can know my private thoughts and feelings through jinns. Am I overthinking and being paranoid or is it real? Please tell me..

Wa alaikomssalam. I think about this too at times. What i do s i start my day w/ ayatul kursi and 3 quls coupled with dua's against evil thoughts and eyes. do not worry too much and don't overthink urself.. u'll be too stressed and it'll be bad for ur health.

If you didn't utter it, or act on it, they don't know. They can see us, from where you cannot see them.
Maybe you said something and you forgot you did.
