    Inside the casing you have "guo an", on the side you have a name that reads like: "shi hai ???" The last character I don't know...

    guo = go
    an = safe

    "Guo an" together doesn't make any sense, where did you get it from? It might be a dialect or traditional chinese...

    Where'd you get that picture? It could be that the person who wrote it has their own explanation, kind of like poetry.

    I got my Chinese friend to read it for you, I can't read characters at all
