can someone please explain to me the difference between fourier's law and newtons law of cooling?..
I need to know which one is relevent to my science fair: I filled 4 jars, wit different surface areas, but same volumes capacity with a litre water that was 50*C, to see which ones would lose the most heat in an hour..
i found the ones with greater surface area lost the most.. but whenever I search for some background information, i get both those laws..
thanks..
