Not living in a muslim country, every year I look through yahoo news pictures to find depictions of Ramadan celebrations around the world. It helps me feel connected to the global ummah.

It's good to know that Muslims do some mad last-minute-shopping before Ramadan, just as Christians do before Christmas.

Yes... there are some sorts of mad last-minute-shopping for Ramadhan in Malaysia... but 1 WEEK before Eid.... it's 1,000 times madder!!!
