riba is haram and there is interest on bank loans and for muslims to go and get a loan from the bank to build a masjid and pay back the loan with the interest wouldnt be wrong?:blind:
yes that would be wrong -the muslims must pitch i together and build the musjid from their own money. Eat a little less, waste a little less, buy a little less, with community effort i'm sure it can be done.
