On the site you mention we should update our anti-virus softwares, but from my experience it seems like the people who has any popular anti-viruses installed gets attached via viruses.
Therefore I would say to people... delete your norten/mcafee antiviruses! trust me it never works, it just slows your pc down and invites viruses.
Like your recommendation of switching from the horrible Internet Explorer to Mozilla Firefox though.
