Yes, it will be in flv. I use use several file conerters, bought a bunch of them to be able to change any file to any format. Paid a small fortune and then found AVS4YOU at http://www.avs4you.com/

Or you could use the the Latest version of Real Player, just put your cursor over the video and the download option will show up.
