3rd FEMALE SPORTS AND FUNDAY

Date: Sunday 19th June 2005
Time: 10.00 am - 4.00 pm
Venue: Crown Hills Community College, Gwendolen Rd, Leicester, LE5 5FT

This is an all female event with full purdah facilities on the
school grounds. Activities on the day includes Athletics, Games,
Donkey Rides, Bouncy Castles, Exhibitions and other activities.
There will also be stalls on the day selling food, clothing,
literature and providing information. Prayer and wudhu facilities
will be made available.

yeah happened on sunday, was a good day alhamdulilah although there were two eyebrow raising wide mouth left open like this mg: moments. other that that it was a good day.

there was one funny moment, when there was a penalty shoot out in the under 10s footy tournament. Both teams taking some good penalties that any striker would be proud of, and there were some equally good saves by the keepers. The crowd spectating were behind their teams, aswell as the neutrals like me watching this tense moment in which one team was looking to book a place in the semis. But the funny thing was after the penalties were taken there was this small time before the referee told one team your through, the team of youngsters and spectators behind the team wwent bonkers like they had won some final or something. hah not even the players really knew what stage the penalties were at.
