I think you need to study Islam again. Go over the stories of the prophets in particular. You'll find that they went through so much worse than us and yet Allah s.w.a loved them. It's all a test. You just need to get through it. Life has more downs than ups but focus on the things you love and bring Islam into your life. It helps you understand everything that goes on.
