A Marriage section?

I wanted to ask everybody , where is there a marriage group named "in love with the marriage section" on the forums? Was there ever a marriage section on the forums?

What is(was) its purpose, why is(was) it there? Should it have a purpose?and if no, why not?
 
Somehow, a marriage section on a forum sounds like a terrible and somewhat creepy idea to me... :p
