Salaam... from what i know.. The Judgment day is for all of those who have not yet entered paradise. Because those who have not entered yet and there has not been a final decision as to whether after day of judgment they will enter paradise or enter hell, will have to wait for the Judgment day to hear the Final Hearing in the Court of Allah (swt). These include the sinners, disbelievers, those who have few good deeds, those who have many good deeds, etc basically this Excludes the ones who were martyrs, Prophets, infants, or very pious men like Walis (Awliya) of Allah (swt),children, ignorant/mentally ill, etc.....

Why Mentally ill and infants and children ?

Ali reported that the Prophet, upon whom be peace, said: "The pen is raised for three groups [of people]--that is, they will not be responsible for their actions: the insane until they become sane, those who are sleeping until they awaken, and the young until they reach puberty." (Ahmad, Abu Dawud, and at-Tirmizhi)

such don't have good deeds or bad deeds, as they will not be responsible as Allah (swt) is Just.

What would the Prophets and Martyrs and Awliya and Children/Infants do on Judgment day ?

Prophet (saw) would intercede for the people on the Day of Judgment as recorded in many of the Sahih Ahadith, and as Quran mentions him to be the Mercy for Al Mankind... And We never sent you but as a mercy to the worlds (21:107)

It is also said by the Prophet (saw) that Martyrs will be able to intercede for their family members...

Abu Dawud Book 14 Hadith #2156

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: The intercession of a martyr will be accepted for seventy members of his family.

(seventy also means several by the way, so its not specific numbers we're talking here)

The Infants will also intercede and would become means for their parents to go to Paradise on the Day of Judgment.

"The miscarried child will pester its glorious and mighty Lord for His entering its two parents into the Fire until it is told, 'O miscarried child that pesters its Lord! Enter your father and mother into Paradise.' Then it will drag them with its umbilical cord until it makes them enter Paradise." (Ibn Majah and Abu Ya`la from `Ali)

Sayyidina lbn Abbas (RA) reported having heard from Allah’s Messenger (SAW) If anyone of my Ummah has two children who precede him then Allah will admit him to Paradise because of them.” So, Sayyidah Ayshah (RA) asked him, “What of one of your ummah who has one child who precedes him?” He said, “And, he who has one child who precedes him, O fortunate one!” She asked, “What of one who has no child to precede him from your ummah?” He said, “I am the farat of my ummah who have never been afflicted aslike (suffering loss of) me.” (Book of Funerals, Sahih Tirmizi)

Sayyidina Ahdullah ibn Masud reported that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said, “He who is predeceased by three minor children will find them as a strong fort against the Fire.” Abu Dharr (RA) said, “I have been predeceased by two’, so he said, “And by two.” Then, Ubayy ibn Kab (RA) , the chief of the reciters of the Qur’an, said, “I have lost one child ahead of me.” He said, “And one also. But, that is only (if patience is shown) at the first shock.” (Book of funeral, Sahih Tirmizi)

So the calamity that is suffered by the parents from their children's deaths, and their being patient because of that calamity would become a means for them to enter Jannah. Their children would take them with them to paradise.

So all the Pious and innocent and ones who are sinless or extremely pious ones will be able to intercede ONLY if Allah (swt) allows them to, even Prophet Muhammad (saw) will be allowed after Allah (swt) gives him permission and not before that.

On that day intercession will not be of any benefit except one for whom the Rahman allows, and whose words He is pleased with (20:109)

Who exactly are they ? How many are they ? We will find on Day of Judgment and not now. So we accept and leave it to Allah (swt).

Then there are people on the Day of Judgment who would receive special honor like the Shade of Al Mighty's Throne.

There are seven whom Allaah will shade in His Shade on the Day when there is no shade except His Shade: a just ruler; a youth who grew up in the worship of Allaah, the Mighty and Majestic; a man whose heart is attached to the mosques; two men who love each other for Allaah's sake, meeting for that and parting upon that; a man who is called by a woman of beauty and position [for illegal intercourse], but be says: 'I fear Allaah', a man who gives in charity and hides it, such that his left hand does not know what his right hand gives in charity; and a man who remembered Allaah in private and so his eyes shed tears.'
Narrated by Abu Hurairah & collected in Sahih Bukhari.

(4:69) And he who obeys Allah and the Messenger -they shall be with those whom Allah has favored -the Prophets, those steadfast in truthfulness, the martyrs, and the righteous." How excellent will they be for companions!

All these 4 i.e Prophets, Siddiqun, Martyrs and Righteous would attain the highest ranks.

And so Judgment day would be for all other persons i.e Evil, good not very good, not very bad etc, excluding the righteous ones mentioned, and Allah (swt) knows best.
