How? Visit http://www.islamicboard.com/misc.php?do=vsastats and select 100 in Results to view. Look for the thread view/replies column, you will find the largest number between 0 replies and 9 replies is 10,155. See sceenshot below:

between 0 and 9, you mean excluding 9 ? so 8 ? or 8.999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 ? :-\
