This is exactly what youth is. Meaning?
Allah says:
اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ ضَعْفٍ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنْ بَعْدِ ضَعْفٍ قُوَّةً ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنْ بَعْدِ قُوَّةٍ ضَعْفًا وَشَيْبَةً
“Allah is the one who created you from weakness, then made after weakness strength, then made after strength weakness and white hair”
This is how precious, how transient and how temporal youth is!
Its a period of strength, yes, but shrouded with weakness before it (i.e. when you were a child dependant on the breast of your mother)
.. and with weakness soon after it (i.e. when you will become like a child, dependant on the machines of the hospital)
Don’t be deceived by your young reflection and make use of these years! For hard work now is an enjoyment .. but tomorrow it will become heavy labour.
