A certain brother was chatting with "Mufti Menk" on whatsapp.

His wife was excited that he finally had good friends. He spent hours benefitting from "Mufti Menk's" guidance and slept very late at night.

She felt uncomfortable with what she noticed was the "Mufti's" words.

She emailed Mufti Menk via his website contact page with screenshots asking if it was really him because she doubted that he would say to her husband " I love you babes" etc.

It turns out the husband saved his girlfriend's number as "Mufti Menk".

Assalaamu alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakaatuh

What I posted was with the approval of both parties because alhamdulillah it ended well and was resolved although it would need time to rebuild the trust.

The husband saved the girls contact number as "Mufti Menk". So his wife thought he was talking to Mufti Menk, when infact he was talking to the girl.
