Actually I meant what I said. Frankly their are cooked food out their that does not taste so "Good".

i'm not talking about being cooked well.

"Learn how to cook good" is grammatically incorrect because you need to describe a verb using an adverb, and good is an adjective

and that is why is said cook well :)
