I wish i took urdu classes : (

I can barely read any of the posts in geeky urdu..

I can speak urdu but not read the language,Weird i know,..subhaan'Allaah

but jazakallaahu Khaayr for sharing sis.

The above Hadith was about suicide and the translation is here.

The Prophet said, "Whoever purposely throws himself from a mountain and kills himself, will be in the (Hell) Fire falling down into it and abiding therein perpetually forever; and whoever drinks poison and kills himself with it, he will be carrying his poison in his hand and drinking it in the (Hell) Fire wherein he will abide eternally forever; and whoever kills himself with an iron weapon, will be carrying that weapon in his hand and stabbing his abdomen with it in the (Hell) Fire wherein he will abide eternally forever."

Talking about learning languages,im really ashamed of myself that i can read Arabic but i cannot understand it without translation :embarrass And i have decided to learn Arabic or just the Arabic of Quran Inshallah to understand the Book of Allah SWT in a better way as the Quran is in Arabic.

حضرت عامر بن سعد رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ اپنے باپ سے روایت کرتے ہوئے فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ میں مدینہ کے دونوں پتھریلے کناروں کے درمیانی حصہ کو حرم قرار دیتا ہوں نہ تو مدینہ کے خاردار درختوں کو کاٹا جائے گا اور نہ ہی مدینہ کے شکار کو قتل کیا جائے گا اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ یہ مدینہ ان کے لئے بہتر ہے کاش کہ یہ جان لیں تو جو آدمی مدینہ سے اعراض کر کے یہاں رہنے کو چھوڑ دے گا تو اللہ تعالیٰ اس کے بدلہ میں یہاں ایسے آدمی کو جگہ عطا فرمائیں گے جو اس سے بہتر ہوگا اور جو آدمی بھی مدینہ کی بھوک پیاس اور محنت ومشقت پر صبر کرے گا تو میں قیامت کے دن اس کی شفاعت کروں گا اس کے حق میں گواہی دوں گا ۔صحیح مسلم:جلد دوم:حدیث نمبر 825

i dont know exactly the place but when you enter madina there will come a point that indicates the starting of limit of Haram and includes the rest part of the city including masjid e Nabawi (SAW). a sort of check points are there..

may be pathreelay kinarwn sy murad madina k kinaro main waqye pahari silsilay hain.. not sure about this..
