alone...a poem

[Ummu Sufyaan]

Alone, scared and distressed
Moving thorough life, with all might and strength

Why feel so down in a huge crowd
Hows that even possible, when there’s so many around?

O the sadness of one in that state
Especially if he forgets that he has Allah to contemplate

meaning: sometimes one goes through life feeling lonely but that can be also a beautiful state because when one is alone and isn’t distracted, it is only then in that state, that he realizes Allah/His Dhikr, etc.
So if he remembers Allah that he’s not alone and he feels “warm,” etc then it dosnt matter whether he feels lonely in a crowd or not because he knows allah is always there and that’s his comfort,
