Am confused, need help

How can I be a good muslim to my family members, muslims and non-muslims???
how exactly can I balance between them???

Am a student and undertaking some Islamic teachings and at the same time studying medicine and i find it often hard to balance between the two, and cant afford leaving any of the two, both are important for my well being, so
how can I balance between religion and the secular education???

Am a male and in twenties, and have never had a fiancee though I admired many just because I fear I may not do it the way ALLAH wants, so someone help me and advise me on how to start and be in a love relationship Islamically.
And how to identify that a girl really fears ALLAH but not pretending because I rarely chat with them hence know little about them
