AQ is a direct result of US interventions (the people they arrested and tried said that plainly). If there were no bases or support for Israel, AQ wouldn't care about the US.

The rogue elements within ISI have indeed used proxy extremists group to keep the Indian threat on check but those are not exactly the same people who are attacking Pakistan right now. The attacks are happening on the opposite side of the border. These are either the Pakistani Taliban which only grouped after Pakistan was dragged into the so called "war OF terror" or the extreme Baloch separatists sponsored by Indian RAW.
