Anxiety due to Jinn Experience

Holy ...This happened to me too I swear
Maybe it WAS a jinn experience. I told that to someone you know that I get up in the middle of the night I can't move or say Allahuakbar Or shout my brothers name to get help and I got so scared. I got the weirdest dreams. But everyone said it was my imagination....jeez.

But on the flipside I've heard when you're half asleep or fully asleep
that happens. and it's normal.
Maybe you're overreacting
but it is very scary.

Dear Sister,
Salaam

What you are experiencing is not jinn its called anxiety attack or panic attack. There is a hadiths too which is said the shaitan will put some thoughts in your mind and run away. The best cure is just observe the thoughts come in your mind and divert your attention to something you like dont give it more importance the importance you give the more it will grow the much you ignore the more it will go away.
Regarding Thavis please do not ever go into this habit thavis is not allowed as you believe that wearing thavis will cure your or will protect is also a act of shirk only ALLAH can cure and protect us. Eventhough you know this you can also see some hadiths related to thavis which is not allowed.
I gone through your condition and also sometimes i get also the weird thoughts like you fear of death etc etc my advice for you is keep cool and calm and relaxed you can do meditation (10 mins a day) which will help you out to calm and relaxed (sit eye closed and watch your breath out and in for 10 mins) no need to say anything or think anything you will get thoughts flowing in you mind just keep concentrating on your breath Inshallah you can see the improvements.

You are experiencing anxiety because you fear this Jinn. This is the first mistake you've made, you should fear nothing except Allah. Remember him and keep your prayers consistent and he will always protect you.

The Jinn fear Allah, that is why it left you.

There is a possibility this isn't a Jinn at all. It may very well be an anxiety attack, temporary loss of control followed by panic is very common in such a case. Have you seen a doctor about this ? You should, because you may very well have a genuine condition ( that will progress, if you leave it unchallenged) that will worsen if it isn't looked at. Don't leave any possibilities sister. Better safe than sorry :).

Also, I highly recommend you memorise Ayat-ul-Kursi and Sura An-nas, there are very potent in protecting you throughout your day.

Peace be with you,
Usman

i have been doctors, they say i suffer from anxiety. the prescribed me anti depressants. i will never ever take anti depressants. i dont believe in medication to cure or make your mood better. i'm getting better now anyway. insha'allah i hope allah is answering my dua's. even if their not getting answered, i know allah is there for me. i am no longer scared of jinns, i havent been scared of them for 21 years of my life, so im not gonna let them ruin the rest of my life by being scared.
