2 cut a long story short, my phone got blocked, i rang em up and they sent me a code with these instructions:

Voici la manipulation à effectuer pour débloquer votre appareil :

- Eteindre le mobile.
- Retirer la batterie et la carte Sim
- Remettre la batterie puis rallumer le téléphone
- Le mobile vous invitera à réintroduire la carte Sim. C'est à ce moment qu'il faut entrer le code de déblocage.

this is what i think i understand:
-enter code
-take out sim card and battery
-dunno
-dunno

can anyone translate this for me please?

yo man install the sim card put in the battery charge the phone and turn it on enter that code immediatly when the phone comes on..lemme know if it works

To unblock your phone:

- Turn the mobile off
- Get out the battery and sim card
- Put the battery back in and turn the phone on
- The phone will ask you to put the sim card in and that's when you have to enter the code.

Why not just take your cell to a mobile shop and get it fixed am sure it doesn't cost much!
