To unblock your phone:

- Turn the mobile off
- Get out the battery and sim card
- Put the battery back in and turn the phone on
- The phone will ask you to put the sim card in and that's when you have to enter the code.

heres what i actually did
-put in the code
-took out the sim card and battery
-but the sim card back in
-put the code in again

and i live in england, my phone was bought in england, i rang the english help line and they sent me the details in french for some unknown reason. wierd

why don't you take it to a mobile shop? (it won't cost much)
