hmmm...cause that's on a different scale it could mean sumthing else...which surah is that...
I think it means to delay/postpone too..Allahu a3lam!

most verbs on that scale are known for requesting/seeking stuff...like sa3iy means to water..and istasqaa..means to seek water...etc
