you see..singular ,plural..i'm sure your teacher musta mentioned that!!!

firaaq :seperation....

3izzah

mustadraj....means sumthing that's been inserted...

in the methodology of hadeeth there are some ahaadeeth that have parts that are mustadraj....not from the saying of the prophet, the sayin' of the sahabiy or the taabi3iy

next word musalsal

Means like a chain of...joined on to.....right princess?

Next word/sentence

3alal 3ain war ra2s

(it's like an expression, famous with ARabs )

yeah...they use it soo much!! ;D , basically you ask them to do you a favour they say 3alaal ayn wa'ra's....

next word then akhee

you know i can't explain it .... it's one of those things!!

basically no worries they'll do it...or don't worry leave it all to me!!(correct me if i'm wrong anyone!)

manaasik..is like a place of sacfrifice right:?

istidiraaj....means like insertation!!...right...

:sl:

Istidraaj from "darajah" meaning "grade/level", used in quran in this form....

"sa nas tad riju hum min 7aithu laa ya3lamoon" (sura Qalam)

"soon we'll punish them gradually from the direction they percieve not"

Meaning that they've been given more time to reach deeper into the sins/wrongdoing, and then they're caught suddenly

a hadith roughly means "when you see someone doing wrong things without fear, and inspite of this he has worldly blessings on him from all over the place, then this is "istidraaj" i.e he's been given more time to delve deeper into the sins.

I hope it'd explain quite much inshAllah. Correct me if i make a mistake, as my primary vocabulary comes from only quran and bits of hadiths.

:w:

I see, perhaps u can give us the next word then inshallah :)

(BTW Sister Amirah, check surah Baqarah ayah 200:

فَإِذَا قَضَيْتُم مَّنَاسِكَكُمْ فَاذْكُرُواْ اللّهَ كَذِكْرِكُمْ آبَاءكُمْ أَوْ أَشَدَّ ذِكْرًا فَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَن يَقُولُ رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا وَمَا لَهُ فِي الآخِرَةِ مِنْ خَلاَقٍ
So when ye have accomplished your holy rites, celebrate the praises of God, as ye used to celebrate the praises of your fathers,- yea, with far more Heart and soul. There are men who say: "Our Lord! Give us (Thy bounties) in this world!" but they will have no portion in the Hereafter.

jazakallahu khayran bro's.........you get the head and eye thing now iqram!!

next word sohrab!

Yep I get it......(although I don't understand urdu, but i get it)....;D Looks like he's off again, ur word?

maahsAllah we all have akhee ..walhamdulillah.........

baarid means cold

7aamiy !
