Oh ok...in this ayah because garuun was too amazed and vain and in love with himself, so the wise people told him not to be too happy.
I remember sheikh yahya in Dammaj say, here its because gaaruun was too attached to his dunya to the extent he forgot Allah, so the shiekh said, extensive happiness is not good,
(especially if it inteferes with al3ibaadah (worship)...)
then he said and why should you be that happy "a bushirtum bil jannah" have you been granted paradise?

Any mistake is from me.

Fara7, Yafra7u...generally refers to a quality not really encouraged in The Quran. Being too happy about something, and feeling proud and not remembering Allah's blessings is a close meaning for this word as it is generally used in quran.

Exception: used in sura Younis about quran "fabidhalika yafra7uu" (if they want to cheer about something, should be doing it for quran, as it is better than anything else people accumulate)
