You can set up your computer to be able to write in different languages using your keyboard. you can switch from one language to the other using ALT + Shift.
Just go to control panel (found in the Start Menu) and click on Region and languages , click on keyboard and languages tab, and choose "Install / uninstall languages" and then choose the language you want to install, like Arabic. You may need to insert the Windows CD in the CD Rom.
