If I am not mistakin', I've heard that some of the adminstrators and super Mods are perhaps qualified to answer tense questions mainly Brother Kadafi, Ansar, or Khaldun, but don't get me wrong somone please verify this.

Which thread are you talking about? You talk of this sister asking anyone if they have questions for islamic rulings/Shariah but how do you know that was her motive to answer questions? Until we see this thread we can then evaulate her motive and then question her but in your case you shouldn't presume her motive because that might've not been her intentions in the first place.
