^masha-Allah may you happiness be longlived. you should also write a play. you write well and have great imagination, judging from the batterfly tale in the other thread.

I have never been truly very happy, neither have I been truly really sad. In fact, I have never had extremes in emotions. I have always been fairly rational and somehow prevented from being overly excited. Sometimes I wish I could be as ecstatic as my fellow mates with the 'celebrations' bit but I find myself just going with the flow.

I just feel that I am blessed with life and even more so that I am a muslim. There will be bad times and there will be 'better' times. :shade:

Jazakallah .. May Allah forgive all our sins... and I pray Allah to give us shelter in the world and the Hereafter. Ameen

The things that make us happy is different for each person. Some people are happy in their jobs, that like to work and make money. Others like to say prayers and keep their lives in line with their religion.

I consider myself to be very happy as I have both of them.

Does avoiding negative energy help and how?
No. Avoiding negativity does not help me, because avoiding it does not make it go away. For me, I must examine the negative feelings carefully to discern their origins. Only then can I truly resolve the problems in my life, which then helps to lead me to my happiness.

Always thanks Allah for what he gave you in this world and what he will reward you with when you die, is make me happy everyday. shukran
