The sky blue things are white blood corpuscles or leucocytes, red colour things are red blood corpuscles or erythrocytes.

Don't know about the purple things :><:.

I`ll give ya a pic and you find the objects which their names written down there and then save the pic and open it with the paint prog or photoshop and make circles or whatever shape you want around the objects you will find in shaa Allah then save it and post it here in shaa Allah...
