I am a new revert of about a month. I took my shahada, but that really as far as i have gotten. I need to earn howto pray correctly and would love some help. I also have a lot of health problems, and connot afford any hijibs, is there any places i could get for free. I REALLY want to follow what i am suppost to do and do it correctly.Im going to see my fiance and i need a hijib. If anyone can help i would greatly appriciate it. And also maybe have a female mentor. My fiance wants me to get a wali but i have no idea how to obtain one. Please help. Inshallah

Welcome to forum and welcome to Islam. You must be very blessed person as you have found this perfect way of life called Islam.

Now take it easy. You don´t need to be perfect at the very first moment. You can find a lot of information when search this forum how to pray.

You can use any veil as hijab, no need to buy some "special" for it. Have you a veil? If not, I would be very happy to send you some - as a gift to new sister. I reverted 20 years ago and I think I have more hijabs than I need. :statisfie
 
No i do not have any, and it is very important to him that i wear one. I would be greatful to you if you could send me some. You are wonderful. I just wanna make allah proud as well as my fiance and myself. I have a lot of peace since reverting and ilove it. I just feel kind of lost
 
And i would also love t have a female to look up to and learn from.

I just checked my extra hijabs and I think I will send the black one. Its originally from Yemen. I have also khimar (its like hijab) if you like. I got it from Syria before.

sis , u may contact your local mosque . Sometimes they have volunteers sis group , u may join them .
