Could anyone tell me what is reputation and how does it work? I wont know who gave me points? someone leaves a message with reputaion points and I dont know who left it or if Im suppose to be replying or how?

^You are now a limited member. Once you reach 50 posts you will become a full member and you will be able to see who it was that gave you reputation points.
You do not reply to these points, but if you wish to give someone points, you click on the green box on the top right hand corner of the person's post. I think you can only give reputation points if you are a full member as well.
Also, your reputation power determines how many points you will be giving to someone.
