Ukhtee the best thing I think would be to PM bro -S- ... seriusly he might be able to sort it. Either that or PM him the avatar you want and he'll change it for you.

Or better still, ask Akh zAk to do it

Some of my avatars are 100x100 but the file size is too big, is there any way to make that smaller?

yes well i dont know any english site to show it , just resize it to 100x100 again , it should make the size smaller
