As far as I have figured it out (don't use resizr.com) it's just an online tool to resize it ukhti. Then it's only temporarily available online, so you should save your resized image on your PC. So:

- use resizr.com to resize it
- save it to your PC
- do whatever you want with it. If you want to use it again, then you should upload it to imageshack, or tinypic or something like that.
