Well Youtube accepts alot of formats for uploading (WMV, AVI, MOV, MPG), and once it's uploaded, they convert the video into a FLV file that's easily streamable...
But since I didn't want to waste 217 billion years uploading that 18mb file, I compressed it with a video compressor and then directly uploaded it on youtube. Eazy Peazy!
