وَا عْلَمُوْۤا اَنَّمَاۤ اَمْوَا لُكُمْ وَاَ وْلَا دُكُمْ فِتْنَةٌ ۙ وَّاَنَّ اللّٰهَ عِنْدَهٗۤ اَجْرٌ عَظِيْمٌ
"And know that your properties and your children are but a trial and that Allah has with Him a great reward."
(QS. Al-Anfaal 8: Verse 28)
لِيَمِيْزَ اللّٰهُ الْخَبِيْثَ مِنَ الطَّيِّبِ وَ يَجْعَلَ الْخَبِيْثَ بَعْضَهٗ عَلٰى بَعْضٍ فَيَرْكُمَهٗ جَمِيْعًا فَيَجْعَلَهٗ فِيْ جَهَـنَّمَ ۗ اُولٰٓئِكَ هُمُ الْخٰسِرُوْنَ
"[This is] so that Allah may distinguish the wicked from the good and place the wicked some of them upon others and heap them all together and put them into Hell. It is those who are the losers."
(QS. Al-Anfaal 8: Verse 37)
ذٰلِكَ بِاَ نَّ اللّٰهَ لَمْ يَكُ مُغَيِّرًا نِّـعْمَةً اَنْعَمَهَا عَلٰى قَوْمٍ حَتّٰى يُغَيِّرُوْا مَا بِاَ نْفُسِهِمْ ۙ وَاَ نَّ اللّٰهَ سَمِيْعٌ عَلِيْمٌ
"That is because Allah would not change a favor which He had bestowed upon a people until they change what is within themselves. And indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing."
(QS. Al-Anfaal 8: Verse 53)
مَا كَا نَ لِنَبِيٍّ اَنْ يَّكُوْنَ لَهٗۤ اَسْرٰى حَتّٰى يُثْخِنَ فِى الْاَ رْضِ ۗ تُرِيْدُوْنَ عَرَضَ الدُّنْيَا ۖ وَا للّٰهُ يُرِيْدُ الْاٰ خِرَةَ ۗ وَا للّٰهُ عَزِيْزٌ حَكِيْمٌ
"It is not for a prophet to have captives [of war] until he inflicts a massacre [upon Allah 's enemies] in the land. Some Muslims desire the commodities of this world, but Allah desires [for you] the Hereafter. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise."
(QS. Al-Anfaal 8: Verse 67)
اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَهَا جَرُوْا وَجَاهَدُوْا بِاَ مْوَا لِهِمْ وَاَ نْفُسِهِمْ فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ وَا لَّذِيْنَ اٰوَوْا وَّنَصَرُوْۤا اُولٰٓئِكَ بَعْضُهُمْ اَوْلِيَآءُ بَعْضٍ ۗ وَا لَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَلَمْ يُهَا جِرُوْا مَا لَـكُمْ مِّنْ وَّلَايَتِهِمْ مِّنْ شَيْءٍ حَتّٰى يُهَا جِرُوْا ۚ وَاِ نِ اسْتَـنْصَرُوْكُمْ فِى الدِّيْنِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ اِلَّا عَلٰى قَوْمٍۢ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُمْ مِّيْثَا قٌ ۗ وَا للّٰهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ بَصِيْرٌ
"Indeed, those who have believed and emigrated and fought with their wealth and lives in the cause of Allah and those who gave shelter and aided - they are allies of one another. But those who believed and did not emigrate - for you there is no guardianship of them until they emigrate. And if they seek help of you for the religion, then you must help, except against a people between yourselves and whom is a treaty. And Allah is Seeing of what you do."
(QS. Al-Anfaal 8: Verse 72)
مَا كَا نَ لِلْمُشْرِكِيْنَ اَنْ يَّعْمُرُوْا مَسٰجِدَ اللّٰهِ شٰهِدِيْنَ عَلٰۤى اَنْفُسِهِمْ بِا لْـكُفْرِ ۗ اُولٰٓئِكَ حَبِطَتْ اَعْمَا لُهُمْ ۚ وَ فِى النَّا رِ هُمْ خٰلِدُوْنَ
"It is not for the polytheists to maintain the mosques of Allah [while] witnessing against themselves with disbelief. [For] those, their deeds have become worthless, and in the Fire they will abide eternally."
(QS. At-Tawba 9: Verse 17)
وَقَا لَتِ الْيَهُوْدُ عُزَيْرُ ٱِبْنُ اللّٰهِ وَقَا لَتِ النَّصٰرَى الْمَسِيْحُ ابْنُ اللّٰهِ ۗ ذٰلِكَ قَوْلُهُمْ بِاَ فْوَاهِهِمْ ۚ يُضَاهِئُوْنَ قَوْلَ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا مِنْ قَبْلُ ۗ قَا تَلَهُمُ اللّٰهُ ۚ اَنّٰى يُؤْفَكُوْنَ
"The Jews say, "Ezra is the son of Allah "; and the Christians say, "The Messiah is the son of Allah." That is their statement from their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved [before them]. May Allah destroy them; how are they deluded?"
(QS. At-Tawba 9: Verse 30)
يٰۤاَ يُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْۤا اِنَّ كَثِيْرًا مِّنَ الْاَ حْبَا رِ وَا لرُّهْبَا نِ لَيَأْكُلُوْنَ اَمْوَا لَ النَّا سِ بِا لْبَا طِلِ وَيَصُدُّوْنَ عَنْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ ۗ وَا لَّذِيْنَ يَكْنِزُوْنَ الذَّهَبَ وَا لْفِضَّةَ وَلَا يُنْفِقُوْنَهَا فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ ۙ فَبَشِّرْهُمْ بِعَذَا بٍ اَلِيْمٍ
"O you who have believed, indeed many of the scholars and the monks devour the wealth of people unjustly and avert [them] from the way of Allah. And those who hoard gold and silver and spend it not in the way of Allah - give them tidings of a painful punishment."
(QS. At-Tawba 9: Verse 34)
فَلَا تُعْجِبْكَ اَمْوَا لُهُمْ وَلَاۤ اَوْلَا دُهُمْ ۗ اِنَّمَا يُرِيْدُ اللّٰهُ لِيُعَذِّبَهُمْ بِهَا فِى الْحَيٰوةِ الدُّنْيَا وَتَزْهَقَ اَنْفُسُهُمْ وَهُمْ كٰفِرُوْنَ
"So let not their wealth or their children impress you. Allah only intends to punish them through them in worldly life and that their souls should depart [at death] while they are disbelievers."
(QS. At-Tawba 9: Verse 55)
وَاِ ذَاۤ اُنْزِلَتْ سُوْرَةٌ اَنْ اٰمِنُوْا بِا للّٰهِ وَجَاهِدُوْا مَعَ رَسُوْلِهِ اسْتَـأْذَنَكَ اُولُوا الطَّوْلِ مِنْهُمْ وَقَا لُوْا ذَرْنَا نَكُنْ مَّعَ الْقٰعِدِيْنَ
"And when a surah was revealed [enjoining them] to believe in Allah and to fight with His Messenger, those of wealth among them asked your permission [to stay back] and said, "Leave us to be with them who sit [at home].""
(QS. At-Tawba 9: Verse 86)
وَا لسّٰبِقُوْنَ الْاَ وَّلُوْنَ مِنَ الْمُهٰجِرِيْنَ وَا لْاَ نْصَا رِ وَا لَّذِيْنَ اتَّبَعُوْهُمْ بِاِ حْسَا نٍ ۙ رَّضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوْا عَنْهُ وَاَ عَدَّ لَهُمْ جَنّٰتٍ تَجْرِيْ تَحْتَهَا الْاَ نْهٰرُ خٰلِدِيْنَ فِيْهَاۤ اَبَدًا ۗ ذٰلِكَ الْـفَوْزُ الْعَظِيْمُ
"And the first forerunners [in the faith] among the Muhajireen and the Ansar and those who followed them with good conduct - Allah is pleased with them and they are pleased with Him, and He has prepared for them gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever. That is the great attainment."
(QS. At-Tawba 9: Verse 100)
وَا لَّذِيْنَ اتَّخَذُوْا مَسْجِدًا ضِرَا رًا وَّكُفْرًا وَّتَفْرِيْقًاۢ بَيْنَ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ وَاِ رْصَا دًا لِّمَنْ حَا رَبَ اللّٰهَ وَرَسُوْلَهٗ مِنْ قَبْلُ ۗ وَلَيَحْلِفُنَّ اِنْ اَرَدْنَاۤ اِلَّا الْحُسْنٰى ۗ وَا للّٰهُ يَشْهَدُ اِنَّهُمْ لَـكٰذِبُوْنَ
"And [there are] those [hypocrites] who took for themselves a mosque for causing harm and disbelief and division among the believers and as a station for whoever had warred against Allah and His Messenger before. And they will surely swear, "We intended only the best." And Allah testifies that indeed they are liars."
(QS. At-Tawba 9: Verse 107)
اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَهٗ مُلْكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَا لْاَ رْضِ ۗ يُحْيٖ وَيُمِيْتُ ۗ وَمَا لَـكُمْ مِّنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ مِنْ وَّلِيٍّ وَّلَا نَصِيْرٍ
"Indeed, to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; He gives life and causes death. And you have not besides Allah any protector or any helper."
(QS. At-Tawba 9: Verse 116)
اِنَّ رَبَّكُمُ اللّٰهُ الَّذِيْ خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَا لْاَ رْضَ فِيْ سِتَّةِ اَيَّا مٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوٰى عَلَى الْعَرْشِ يُدَبِّرُ الْاَ مْرَ ۗ مَا مِنْ شَفِيْعٍ اِلَّا مِنْۢ بَعْدِ اِذْنِهٖ ۗ ذٰ لِكُمُ اللّٰهُ رَبُّكُمْ فَا عْبُدُوْهُ ۗ اَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُوْنَ
"Indeed, your Lord is Allah, who created the heavens and the earth in six days and then established Himself above the Throne, arranging the matter [of His creation]. There is no intercessor except after His permission. That is Allah, your Lord, so worship Him. Then will you not remember?"
(QS. Yunus 10: Verse 3)
وَاِ ذَاۤ اَذَقْنَا النَّا سَ رَحْمَةً مِّنْۢ بَعْدِ ضَرَّآءَ مَسَّتْهُمْ اِذَا لَهُمْ مَّكْرٌ فِيْۤ اٰيَا تِنَا ۗ قُلِ اللّٰهُ اَسْرَعُ مَكْرًا ۗ اِنَّ رُسُلَنَا يَكْتُبُوْنَ مَا تَمْكُرُوْنَ
"And when We give the people a taste of mercy after adversity has touched them, at once they conspire against Our verses. Say, "Allah is swifter in strategy." Indeed, Our messengers record that which you conspire"
(QS. Yunus 10: Verse 21)
اِنَّمَا مَثَلُ الْحَيٰوةِ الدُّنْيَا كَمَآءٍ اَنْزَلْنٰهُ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ فَا خْتَلَطَ بِهٖ نَبَا تُ الْاَ رْضِ مِمَّا يَأْكُلُ النَّا سُ وَا لْاَ نْعَا مُ ۗ حَتّٰۤى اِذَاۤ اَخَذَتِ الْاَ رْضُ زُخْرُفَهَا وَا زَّيَّنَتْ وَظَنَّ اَهْلُهَاۤ اَنَّهُمْ قٰدِرُوْنَ عَلَيْهَاۤ ۙ اَتٰٮهَاۤ اَمْرُنَا لَيْلًا اَوْ نَهَا رًا فَجَعَلْنٰهَا حَصِيْدًا كَاَ نْ لَّمْ تَغْنَ بِا لْاَ مْسِ ۗ كَذٰلِكَ نُـفَصِّلُ الْاٰ يٰتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَّتَفَكَّرُوْنَ
"The example of [this] worldly life is but like rain which We have sent down from the sky that the plants of the earth absorb - [those] from which men and livestock eat - until, when the earth has taken on its adornment and is beautified and its people suppose that they have capability over it, there comes to it Our command by night or by day, and We make it as a harvest, as if it had not flourished yesterday. Thus do We explain in detail the signs for a people who give thought."
(QS. Yunus 10: Verse 24)
وَمَا كَا نَ هٰذَا الْقُرْاٰ نُ اَنْ يُّفْتَـرٰى مِنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ وَلٰـكِنْ تَصْدِيْقَ الَّذِيْ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَتَفْصِيْلَ الْكِتٰبِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيْهِ مِنْ رَّبِّ الْعٰلَمِيْنَ
"And it was not [possible] for this Qur'an to be produced by other than Allah, but [it is] a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of the [former] Scripture, about which there is no doubt, from the Lord of the worlds."
(QS. Yunus 10: Verse 37)
وَلَا يَحْزُنْكَ قَوْلُهُمْ ۘ اِنَّ الْعِزَّةَ لِلّٰهِ جَمِيْعًا ۗ هُوَ السَّمِيْعُ الْعَلِيْمُ
"And let not their speech grieve you. Indeed, honor [due to power] belongs to Allah entirely. He is the Hearing, the Knowing."
(QS. Yunus 10: Verse 65)
فَمَاۤ اٰمَنَ لِمُوْسٰۤى اِلَّا ذُرِّيَّةٌ مِّنْ قَوْمِهٖ عَلٰى خَوْفٍ مِّنْ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَا۟ ئِهِمْ اَنْ يَّفْتِنَهُمْ ۗ وَاِ نَّ فِرْعَوْنَ لَعَا لٍ فِى الْاَ رْضِ ۚ وَاِ نَّهٗ لَمِنَ الْمُسْرِفِيْنَ
"But no one believed Moses, except [some] youths among his people, for fear of Pharaoh and his establishment that they would persecute them. And indeed, Pharaoh was haughty within the land, and indeed, he was of the transgressors"
(QS. Yunus 10: Verse 83)
