‘Turn not your cheek away from people in scorn and pride, and walk not on earth haughtily; for God does not love anyone who acts proudly and boastfully. Be modest in your bearing and lower your voice; for the ugliest sound is the donkey’s braying.’(Luqman 31: 18-19)

Surah As-Saaffat, Verse 25:

What is the matter with you that you do not help each other?

And take a provision (with you) for the journey, but the best provision is al-taqwa (piety, righteousness) [surah al-Baqarah; 2:197]

"And He gave you all that you have asked for,and if you were to count the blessings of Allah, never will you be able to do so." [Surah Ibrahim:34]

“Such is the Seizure of your Lord when He seizes the (population of) towns while they are doing wrong. Verily, His Seizure is painful (and) severe”[Hood 11:102]

Surah Al-Jumua, Verse 1:

Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth declares the glory of Allah, the King, the Holy, the Mighty, the Wise.

So patiently persevere: for verily the promise of Allah is true: nor let those shake thy firmness, who have (themselves) no certainty of faith. al-Qur'an 30:60

‘Whosoever chooses to follow guidance, follows it for his own good; whosoever goes astray, goes astray to his own loss.’(al-Isra’ 17: 15)

Surah Maryam, Verse 7:

O Zakariya! surely We give you good news of a boy whose name shall be Yahya: We have not made before anyone his equal.

Surah Al-Ankaboot, Verse 7:

And (as for) those who believe and do good, We will most certainly do away with their evil deeds and We will most certainly reward them the best of what they did.

Surah Taha, Verse 12:

Surely I am your Lord, therefore put off your shoes; surely you are in the sacred valley, Tuwa,

Surah Al-Qasas, Verse 3:

We recite to you from the account of Musa and Firon with truth for people who believe.

Surah At-Taghabun, Verse 11:

No affliction comes about but by Allah's permission; and whoever believes in Allah, He guides aright his heart; and Allah is Cognizant of all things.

Surah Al-Maeda, Verse 6:

O you who believe! when you rise up to prayer, wash your faces and your hands as far as the elbows, and wipe your heads and your feet to the ankles; and if you are under an obligation to perform a total ablution, then wash (yourselves) and if you are sick or on a journey, or one of you come from the privy, or you have touched the women, and you cannot find water, betake yourselves to pure earth and wipe your faces and your hands therewith, Allah does not desire to put on you any difficulty, but He wishes to purify you and that He may complete His favor on you, so that you may be grateful.

Surah Ya Seen, Verse 8:

Surely We have placed chains on their necks, and these reach up to their chins, so they have their heads raised aloft.

Surah Al-Qasas, Verse 7:

And We revealed to Musa's mothers, saying: Give him suck, then when you fear for him, cast him into the river and do not fear nor grieve; surely We will bring him back to you and make him one of the apostles.

Surah Al-Rahman, Verse 32:

Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny?

Surah Taha, Verse 40:

When your sister went and said: Shall I direct you to one who will take charge of him? So We brought you back to your mother, that her eye might be cooled and she should not grieve and you killed a man, then We delivered you from the grief, and We tried you with (a severe) trying. Then you stayed for years among the people of Madyan; then you came hither as ordained, O Musa.

Surah Al-Ankaboot, Verse 14:

And certainly We sent Nuh to his people, so he remained among them a thousand years save fifty years. And the deluge overtook them, while they were unjust.

Surah Ad-Dukhan, Verse 13:

How shall they be reminded, and there came to them an Apostle making clear (the truth),
